I absolutely love food!  Everything about it excites me - the smells, the look, the tastes, they're all a delight to my senses.  My favourite part though is the cooking.  I love, love, love to cook.  Making a meal is so much more than simply cooking though, a real meal is an artistic creation.  Exploring the use of all of the diiferent colours, textures, flavours and the myriad of ways to combine and present them has become my passion.  Life is a constant search for the next new and exciting recipe to try and dish to perfect.  Luckily my big family love to try new things and I am also lucky to have a wonderful group of friends with willing palates to sample and bellies to fatten.

In creating this site my aim is to share this passion with other's who love to cook.  I'll share my favourite recipes with you and hope that you'll head to the forum and impart your choice dishes with myself and our other followers... After all, the best meal is a meal shared!
